Khan planned a family cruise that included 50+ family members. He and his wife are now apart of our family! We could always count on them to fix any issues and keep us posted throughout the cruise when we had questions or didn't quite know where to be or what to do. They auggestes activities and excursions. Everyone had a good time and we are looking forward to our next adventure!

I have used this agency for two trips. The first trip went without a hitch to Aruba. It was fun and full of laughter and enjoyment. The second trip was too the Dominican Republic in January. For the first time in years there was an unexpected snow and ice storm that hit my city and the despising city. I was delayed one day and had to change my flight to fly out the next day. As i was in route to my transportation service, i recieved a call that they couldn't make it to Nashville. I immediately called Kahn and he stayed on the phone with me for four hours helping me get an alternative route. I was frustrated with the weather but we successfully got rerouted to another city and i was able to leave and come back from my trip. I didn't have travel insurance so lesson learned. The trip was great and the customer service was awesome. I can't wait for the next adventure.
